Self Description

The Wicca team is delighted to welcome you to a true Estonian food experience. Every plate we serve is prepared with close to 100% locally farmed or foraged ingredients – and much Estonian love and passion.

We maximize taste by using creativity, wild herbs, flowers, and organic products. We follow the season, and we source locally from small-scale makers like Äntu, Eesti Seenefarm, Saida, Kolotsi, Lauri– Jaani farms. We celebrate Estonian and Nordic craftsmanship, cooking techniques, and traditions in our choice of food and drinks.

Health and sustainability are important parts of our food and drink philosophy. Zero-waste, healthy bodies, and aware minds, make a happy planet.
